Nicky, the first Russian Blue, who has become European Champion in Finland.
EP&EC Fjodor Zar von Rasputin, "Nicky" is my first Russian Blue. Nicky was born 24.1.1991 in Germany. His parents are GIC Echinor Blue Borja and GIC Anna-Carina iz Kasastan. Breeders Birgit and Klaus-Dieter Dötsch.
At the shows Nicky has often been treated with outmost respect by judges as well as assistants because of his tall frame, grim look and severe gaze. The real character of Nicky however is very tender and peaceful in any circumstances.
Nicky has 12 litters, eight of them born in Finland and four in Sweden.
Bella's first litter was born 19.1.1996. The day before Bella didn't want to wait anymore to get the babies and she decided to take one immediately. And she chose Nicky, who was very happy and satisfied when Bella was nursing him in my sauna. The other cats were not allowed to go there at all, when the mother defended her enormous kitten.
